Hi! My name is Zoey and I am a Shih Tzu, Bichon and Poodle mix. The only resemblance to a Tzu I have are my bottom teeth!! I kinda have an underbite, but you would never notice it unless you got up close and personal.

I am almost 2 1/2 years old now. I am potty trained, crate trained and I adore car rides. My previous mommy said since I didn't get along with cats, I had to find a new home. I am in foster care right now and am learning manners. I do like other pups, but I am in the process of learning house rules and boundaries since I have been the only pup in the past, I am getting used to sharing toys, learning to love with foster mom and dad and pups. Any other pups in my new home need to be male, laid-back and non alpha.

Zoey is a beautiful, sweet, curious, funny little character that wants to please!!!  While being very well cared for in her previous home, she was the "only child" and is a little spoiled and needs to learn manners, boundaries and house rules!!! She is a bit toy possessive, not ever having the need to share with any "fur siblings".  Haven't found her to be food aggressive.  Shes one smart cookie responding very well, while working on these little challenges with her!!!

Zoey is so ready to jump in your lap and snuggle forever!! She's a real lover and likes to give kisses!!!  She has energy for sure and can be a little vocal, but noises here in her foster home are all new to her.  She has two little laid back "fur buddies" that she is taking her lead from, which is working well, taking her down a few notches!!

Zoey is a very active pup.  She would do well as the only dog in the home under the right conditions:  active family, and someone who is home most of the day.

She also loves other pups and loves her foster siblings.  Zoey is an alpha personality and gets along better with male dogs than she does with female pups.  If there is another dog in your home-- it needs to be a laid-back non-alpha male dog.

This little girl is spunky, snuggly and smart.

  She is completely housebroken and has no accidents to date!!! She loves to roam the yard, something very new to her, having previously lived in a condo and outside was mostly on leash. As a result of that she walks well on a leash and loves walks!!! Remember, she must have a fence, she is quite the flight risk.
