Hi, it's me, Benny!  I am back in rescue due to no fault of my own.

I was taken into rescue last December because I was a bite risk. After being in foster care for 3 months with no incidences, I was adopted out in early March.. I don't like anyone, including other pups putting their face in mine. When that happens I get frightened and bite as a defense.I was then taken back to my rescue that same day. It scares me, because I was terrorized by little children and I still carry the fright with me. I have recently been seen by a behaviorist and she found that I will retaliate when someone gets in my face and antagonizes me. I also have a bit of jealousy if my person is approached by someone. I will growl until they have backed off.

I need a quiet home where I will be loved. I love to go on walks, I get along with most dogs but will be placed in a home with no other pups. I need complete understanding of my fears. I may out grow them, then again, I may not. My home should not have any children, they scare me and children are where my fears stem from.

I am crate trained, potty trained and leash trained. I am a lover if I am respected and loved back. I like toys and love meal time. I am currently overweight and need to loose a few lbs. Foster mom has me on a strict diet, and I have already lost a full pound.

I really need a home of my own so I can grow up to be a loved family member. I truly love both men and women.
