Good morning folks!

I have now been in foster care for almost 2 months. I am quite the pup, I'm told. I absolutely love everyone and want to be as close to my person as possible. In the beginning, I had some major issues being left alone. So, foster mom started leaving me home during the day so I could get used to being without a person. I have done well, I can be left alone and know that my people will be coming back home to love on me.

I am very obedient, I can sit, come and stay. I love going on walks. I'm no longer afraid to go into the back yard to play with the other pups because I know that foster mom is there and let's us in when it's time. I've come a longgg way, baby!

I am looking for my forever home. A home where I will be forever loved, walked and a nice yard for me to run and play in. The yard must be securely fenced as I am a flight risk. I love other pups but I also could be the only pup in the house. The foster pups I am around now have taught me to be brave and not be frightened of being outside. I don't recall why I was so frightened of being outside, but I was terrified even with my people standing next to me...

I am UTD on all of my vaccinations, had a dental and I am current on my HW and Flea and Tick Preventative. I have gained the much needed weight and am finally stable at 14.8 lbs. I have the most beautiful coloring and the longest legs you have ever seen!

PS, I have had no seizures.

Update 12/4/2017

I am doing so well in my foster home. I never bark unless it's time to eat and I am potty trained!! I love other pups and will interact with them while playing with toys are balls. I am a snuggle bunny, I love to get way down under the blankets at night to keep foster mom's legs warm. I am doing so well and I am as healthy as a newborn baby. I give the greatest kisses and respond well to the kindness of others. I have not met anyone that I don't like or trust. I'm a very easy going fella!

Hi! My name is Taz, but I am not a devil! I was taken into the SWHS originally in July because my owner was homeless. The very next day, my owners friend adopted me. I was surrendered back to the SWHS because of landlord issues.

I have been told I have epilepsy because some time before July of 2017, I had a seizure. I have had had NO seizures since. Because of this, I was up for Rescue Only. A Promise of Love grabbed me up so fast, and  I couldn't be happier. I am being fostered in a nice warm home with plenty of puppy beds scattered around and good food to eat. I am loved beyond the stars.

Foster mom is keeping a close eye on me to figure what kind of home will be the best for me. I am not potty trained but we are working on it. I am afraid to go outside with the other pups, maybe I fear not being able to come in out of the cold? Being homeless again? Anyway, I do wear a belly band while I am indoors.

I love my people, I am a bit skittish of other pups, but I cause no danger or harm to them. I am quiet and will retreat to a place where I can rest. I love sleeping in the big bed with my foster mom, I love to burrow under the blankets for a long uninterrupted night of sleep.

I have funny eating habits, I like to dump my bowl of food out on the floor, and then gobble it up. I have a great appetite, but I do need to gain a little weight. I am on a great grain free diet of both kibble and canned.

I have no interest in toys. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do with them! Foster mom is working on that also. She wants me to enjoy life being a pup with no worries.

I am leash trained, but I am not crate trained. I love car rides and sit nicely strapped to the seat belt. I come when called and am first to the kitchen when I know it's time for a meal.

I love my walks, I am leash trained and love the outdoors as long as someone is by my side at all times.

I will require a fenced yard. Once I get used to going outside, I will be exploring the new smells and observing nature. I am neutered, micro chipped and UTD on all of my vaccinations.

My adoption fee is $300.00

PS, I have long legs that would make Michael Jordan look short!
