02/12/2018 I am a new man! I am now neutered and have had my much needed dental. I was pretty lucky with having only 7 teeth extracted. My bottom teeth were horrendous and needed pulled, but that hasn't stopped me from eating. Tomorrow I will be going to my new foster home. Stay tuned for more updates! 02/05/2018 I have had a great day with Dr. Sokhey and Heidi at Prairie Animal Hospital! I showed them how I will only go outside to do my business, I played forever with toys and I let Heidi know my water bowl was empty. I am very loved and I have been told that I am a very intelligent pup.Thursday is right around the corner and then I will have my neuter and dental. I will stay at the Hospital until Saturday and then I will be released to my foster mom!
Intake02/05/2018 Woo Hoo! I am free! I was a confiscation case and taken to the shelter. Once the States Attorney released me for rescue, I jumped at the chance. I am a gentle, inquisitive little boy looking for love! I am currently being boarded at my vets office to get well enough for my neuter and dental. My awful teeth on the bottom must be removed since they are rotting and loose. I have been mostly cured of all of my illnesses I was brought in with. A few more weeks and I will be good to go to my forever home. Let me tell you a little about myself. I am very gentle and laid back. I love people and other pups. I do get my nose in places where other pups feel uncomfortable, but I know I will get better with this once I have my neuter. I am a couple of pounds underweight and my doctor and Heidi are working on this. I have a gorgeous red coat that is beginning to grow back after a bout with flea dermatitis. I love other pups and so far I love all people. I can be vocal when I have to do my business while in the car, but if you remember to let me go outside before you load me in the car, I promise not to poop on the back seat! Once I am released from Prairie Animal Hospital, I will have updates on myself often. I do need a fenced in yard. Safety is first. My adoption fee is $350.00
