Update 10-22-15

OK, so I was a little bit of a tease when I first came into rescue...I love walks and I am totally leash trained. I still am in love with life and a pleasing little pup. My foster mom takes me with her when she runs errands and I can't get enough of my car rides.  I love people and other pups and I get along with everyone I meet.

Hi!  I'm Scruffy, better known as THE Scruff Bucket!  I am a loving 6 year old Schnoodle, hmmm, that's Schnauzer-Poodle mix. I just came into rescue today, my mommy had to go into a nursing home and they wouldn't let me go with her.  I'm sad but I will be happy soon cause I have other pups to play with! I am what you would call a beta pup.  I don't like to get into scuffles with other pups, I get scared and lay down. I love all kinds of people and word has it that I get along with cats too. I love to follow my foster mom around, I am at her side even when she goes to the ladies room!

I have not barked or growled yet, I see no reason to be loud on my first day away from my family. I am up to date with all my vaccinations, I was neutered  long ago but I still remember the day I came home from the doctor missing some very 'important' parts of my manhood.

I am not crazy about going for walks, my mom never leash trained me cause I was in a fenced yard.  I am not a digger or a climber, I am just a little boy looking for love.  I am totally house trained and the perfect healthy pup for the right family.

I do need a grain free diet.  I have had yeasty ears in the past, so grain free food and a good ear cleaning once a week will keep me yeast-free.

I would like to go to a home with another companion animal.  But, if I am your only furry family member, it's OK with me!
